Let’s face it, you’ve done all the things:
personal development, books, & podcasts
Why is it that you are still repeating the same patterns?
Answer: Understanding the work is different to
embodying the work.
All the affirmations in the world won’t take away the
feeling inside of you that calls you an impostor. Those
are deep in your body.
What’s needed is a PRACTICE that addresses
our attachment wounds from a BODY-BASED level, not just
surface affirmations and gratitude lists.
When you do this right, gratitude and love become
FELT SENSES rather than something that is just said.
The biggest obstacle is our conditioned unwillingness
to feel our emotions.
We MUST be willing to FEEL them to heal them.
In all my years teaching mind and body health and
healing, I’ve discovered THIS to be THE missing piece in
almost EVERY single personal growth program and
that’s why it’s the focus of all of our events and
trainings.
When you focus on the inner game FIRST, everything
changes.
