(I’ve been so busy I haven’t been in here in a while — — Doing my best to make sure I get plenty of present time with my wife and “not working” is admittedly a new thing for me)

I want to welcome all the newbies in this community as well.

Things have gotten crazy in the last few months. I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed to be honest.

I get DM’s daily now with people who are stuck in limbo in their lives.

Relationships not working.

Not knowing what their purpose is.

SEVERELY lacking intimacy.

People are struggling right know, and they want to know where to begin.

I tell them all the same thing:

Breathwork. Learn how to breathe properly.

Why the hell would I start there?

Because the way you breathe is the way you live.

Do you hardly breathe in the day? Do you notice yourself holding your breath?

That’s your unconscious mind telling you that you don’t feel DESERVING of RECEIVING.

Do you labour on your exhale constantly?

That’s your unconscious mind telling you that you are trying too hard to control.

Your breath is the link between your unconscious and conscious mind.

And all this Covid stuff you’ve been dealing with… all the frustration, the fear, etc…. It gets trapped in your body.

And the feelings are so uncomfortable — we’d rather not deal with them.

Or we may be too scared to go there — because we think that addressing our feelings will cause us to remain stuck there.

So we suppress (conscious blocking of feelings).

Or we Repress (unconscious blocking of feelings).

Either way, that shit is bad for you.

I discovered I was using cognitive work just to avoid all that.

It was a painful discovery.

After my first breathwork session, I realized I had spent my entire life trying to get rid of bad feelings, and I thought I was helping others do the same.

I took a pause from all of that and went inside — truly for the first time REALLY.

And I noticed that I wasn’t really breathing properly.

I went “all in” to start to notice. And change my patterns.

At first, it was tough.

I mean, why the hell should I have to think about breathing, when it should happen on it’s own?

Because it’s the most important place to start taking ownership for your life.

Taking ownership for your thoughts.

Taking ownership for your feelings.

Creating safety from within.

So I wanted to offer this training at a cost where everyone could participate and practice.

I made it an essential part of every offering I have for clients.

It’s a non-negotiable for anyone who works with us now.

So I decided to offer it with a bonus “Inner Child Meditation” to really go DEEP.

And since Covid — I’ve been able to offer it online and we’ve had some pretty amazing healings taking place.

All with JUST BREATHING TOGETHER.

Sounds weird, but if you’re on the fence — just do it.

A deep, profound, journey back into yourself.

The parts of you that you may have abandoned a long time ago.

You won’t want to miss it.

Whatever the challenge is that you’re going through right now, you won’t get through to the other side effectively without a dose of self trust,

and a felt-sense of Self Love.

Not like the meme’s on Facebook.

But AN ACTUAL FELT SENSE of love for oneself.

It’s the missing link of all personal development.

And the place where not only you must begin, but where you must continually return to …

Again and again…

I’m not asking you to trust me here.

I’m asking you to trust yourself.

See you on the other side.

Join us at our “ Breathwork and Badassery” Live Session (happens every month).
