“I’ll prove it to you! I’ll prove my worthiness!” She said clutching, her fist, looking outward away from the camera.

“When you say this out loud, or to yourself, who is it that you’re talking to?” I asked on a client session.

“All the people who’ve done me wrong. Who abused me, rejected me, abandoned me, didn’t believe in me.” She said.

I pointed her to the letter she wrote to herself in our most recent Overview Experience where I get all the participants to write out a letter to someone they are triggered by

“I hate you! I want you to die, you are worthless and unlovable and stupid!!!” Was what she wrote to herself.

“Who are you trying to prove your worthiness to, again?”
Tearfully, her face changed from resentment and bitterness to a sadness when she realizes it.

“I’m trying to prove it to myself.” She says.

The tragedy isn’t what happens to us.
It’s the conclusions and stories we make up about OURSELVES because of what happens.

Those stories become unconscious programs in our bodies and inform how we treat ourselves and how we react to others.

Without addressing this, we are forever stuck in victim identity towards others who have harmed us, completely unaware that we are our own greatest perpetrators.

This whole unconscious game is what was keeping me from having the health, relationships, and abundance that I really wanted. Literally every thing we look at becomes impacted by this lens we don’t even know we are wearing.

If you’re new here — welcome. You’re in the right place if you’re wanting to heal and create secure relationships and family dynamics that actually work.

If you’ve been lurking for some time and are realizing it’s time to take action… you’re now in luck.

We are coming up with some cool new trainings that are geared towards those who are ready to take action to make 2022 a year where possibility emerges for healing…. Freedom from your triggers, turning anxiety into flow… turning pain into purpose, turning disconnection and resentment into connection and intimacy.

What questions do you have?
What do you need the most help with?
Share a question, with what you’re dealing with and I’ll create content around that with the new clubhouse Facebook live combination that seems to be working very well where I can answer your questions in a way that helps others dealing with similar challenges.
“It is tragic to see how blatantly a man bungles his own life and the lives of others, yet remains totally incapable of seeing how much the whole tragedy originates in himself, and how he continually feeds it and keeps it going.”
