Do You Want To Heal
Signs you’re healing:

- You go to sleep peacefully and wake-up in the
morning feeling rested and refreshed. - Digestive system absorbs nutrients well and poops
like magic - Heal quickly from any colds or viruses
Great focus. No brain fog - Productive in projects and work task and creativity
- Zero drama in relationships
- Chill and relaxed parent with greater ease, firm, and loving boundaries that contain lots of empathy
- Nurturing and loving relationships
This is the REWARD for doing the work.
The work is difficult.
In order to get there, we MUST take responsibility.
The problem is, most people feel entitled to feeling
and living this way WITHOUT taking responsibility.
We want the results, we just don’t want to pay the price
to get it.
It takes a willingness to face what’s uncomfortable, to
have courage to go into the unknown, the courage to
trust yourself and find a guide and mentor, the courage
to share and be vulnerable, the willingness to INVEST in
yourself. the time, and the resources.
From my observation, the biggest obstacle to achieving
this is that many folks don’t actually believe it’s
possible for them to heal nor that they even deserve it.
From interviewing hundreds of people who we’ve
helped to get those results, the one thing they had in
common was this:
They FIRST took responsibility to heal what made them
feel UNDESERVING of healing.
When you do, you invest the time and resources back into
yourself instead of trying to rescue others.
Without taking this responsibility, we push our healing
away.
