Our Community is growing like crazy.
I am humbled.
I want this work to get out to the world.
People have no idea why their relationships are falling apart.
People are blaming everyone, including themselves.
This is no ones fault.
Once you understand why you’re showing up the way you are, you understand why you are attracted to certain types of people.
You then get why your relationships are struggling and you’re bloody anxious all the time.
You then feel like you’re drifting around with no purpose.
So many masks, so many personalities, so many parts at war with one another.
I’m here to tell you there’s nothing wrong with you.
Please don’t buy into any philosophy that tells you that you’re damaged or chemically imbalanced.
You’re not broken.
This woman messaged me in a panic a couple days ago. She said was “grasping at straws” hoping that something will take her out of the relationship anxiety she was experiencing.
Constantly triggered, anxious, she was driving herself and her husband mad.
She ended up watching my “Becoming Triggerproof” 90 minute training.
(I offer it for free as a gift to new members in my FB group -for those of you who give us an email to send it to on the intake questions.)
She messaged me saying what a profound difference it made for her when she felt like she was at her wits end.
I’m writing to ask that you don’t wait until you’re at your wits end to learn the skills and frameworks.
It’s a responsibility we all have to ourselves and our families to learn how to break the cycle that didn’t start with us.
When you understand the CONTEXT of how you got where you got, you then feel relieved that NOTHING is wrong with you — you simply haven’t yet learned the skills.
But you CAN.
You can’t be a #cyclebreaker unless you do.
