Insecure Anxious Attached to Secure Relationship…

Lauren was used to dating guys who just wouldn’t commit — or measure up emotionally. Her last relationship ended up in disaster — only to lead her down a dating path with Narcissistic individuals who took her down the same pattern — -From Love Bombing, to devaluing — to discarding altogether and back again to Love bombing.

Also- she was a lawyer at a firm where she felt like she was undervalued and underutilized — based on her potential.

Exhausted and feeling stuck — she watched my “Should I Stay or Go?” Workshop and finally reached out.

That was last year — in Fall of 2021.

A few months later — she had messaged me earlier this year to tell me she had met someone and this time felt “totally different’ from the “primal panic” that comes with insecure attachments and trauma bonds.

To make a long story short — I hadn’t seen or heard from her in a while after we finished working together and I had a little moment when I wondered how she was doing…

So I did what I normally do — I reached out last week, and this was her response (in screen capture).

So I asked if she was willing to hop on a call and do a facebook live/podcast interview to help reverse engineer her path of getting here — considering it wasn’t too long ago she was feeling quite anxious and stuck with these patterns.

She’s willing to share her story for anyone here who might be single — (or separated) who wants to have NEXT Christmas be more juicy, more connected, in a place surrounded by love and emotional safety with an emotionally mature person. There IS a path to getting there if you’re willing to let go of your victim story and do the work.

P.S. Are you ready to work together? I’d love to see if we are the right fit. Apply HERE.
