Just Finished Another Breathwork Session

WOW.

My face after finishing facilitating another Breathwork and Badassery event.

Full of tears and snot —

I went and hugged my wife and wept at how grateful I am that I am here where I am now, getting to do this work to guide other #CycleBreakers in healing generational patterns.

What’s most amazing?

Our students/clients brought family along.

Two moms of our students were so impacted by the work their daughters were doing they showed up as well: Ellen Apostolou and Susan Friedmann you showed up and did the work with us.

Deep bow.

And Frank C Bianco showed up like the boss he is and played full on aligned with his wife Kady Zelenak Bianco who tearfully owned her side of the dysfunction in the relationship and finally SAW and FELT the impact it had on her marriage. So.much.love. For doing this.

Your daughter is lucky to have you guys as her parents.

Kauai Chiro Jason Polk II last year around this time was ready to call it quits with his wife Katie Polk — and here they were on my screen at the end together while she was sitting on his lap and they were embracing.

My heart is full.

I’m off to enjoy dinner and my very first ever Father’s Day with a heart just cracked wide open thanks to the courageous souls who showed up to engage in this life altering conversation with us.

Can’t wait till next week for The Overview Experience. But until then I’m sure looking forward to spending time with these beautiful people.
