If you’re stuck in a relationship dynamic that doesn’t feel fulfilling (including being single) then you’re not alone.

Most of our traumas come from relationship attachments gone-wrong.
Learning communication skills can be helpful — but to solve this dilemma it takes a deeper look than a band-aid solution.

In this community we are all about going deeper.

As we are currently on a road trip in Saskatchewan at Diana’s home town of Moose Jaw, I’ve been working out of hotel rooms and It’s been a while since I’ve done a Facebook live to help answer questions.

The topic of anxiety and “Self Hate” has come up recently in our last event “The Overview Experience” and “Breathwork and Badassery” and I wanted to help guide you towards solving this riddle.

It’s a problem I didn’t realize I had. I thought I was confident but unconsciously was being run by it. I figured out how to solve it, and everything in my life changed, including my relationships.

I did a transmission on the topic of Self-Hate and how it impacts your relationships, and how easily it gets passed down to our children.

What are your biggest concerns right now
What would you love more clarity on in the topic of relationship anxiety, toxic relational dynamics, infidelity, insecure attachments, and healing trauma?
Share it and I’ll do my best to answer
