Running From Your Darkness

Think of the things you hate most about yourself.
When we’re going through adversity and challenge,
We tend to focus and exaggerate all those things.

During my most darkest moments, I would look at myself
and pick out my worst qualities and endlessly repeat
how horrible I felt about myself.

How can you tell you’re running from this dark passenger/shadow?

Here’s how:
You’re sedating yourself.

TV. Alcohol. Sex. Drugs. Partying. Gambling. Shopping.
A relationship.
Anything that’s used to numb or sedate you.

This “Dark Passenger” (as the TV series “Dexter”) calls it
is quite powerful during your stressful times.

If you find yourself in that situation and your Dark Passenger/Shadow is taking over, the worst thing you can do is to judge yourself and try to stop it.
In fact, the only way to regain power over it is to do the exact opposite — and do the work.

Transformation can only happen with the right guide who will reconnect you with yourself.

Cari Cater came to me looking to unburden herself from almost a decade of it — and after going through the void — came out on the other side — powerful, free, and levelled up in her service and business — and moving forward with the right tools to handle whatever is in her path.

Because running away from your shadow takes up a lot of energy better used to help others.

Follow the link at the end of the video if you are stuck, stressed, anxious and finding that your “Dark Passenger” is taking over.

Join us at Overview Experience on April 30th, 2022 where people are going to learn how to break through the obstacles and adversity of expansion into becoming Powerfully Aligned and on Purpose.
