Hyperarousal, easily triggered, anxiety and panic attacks.

Health issues — digestive and immune, PMS and many many many many more.

Chronic Pain and muscle tension.

Insomnia and Chronic Fatigue.

What you might not be aware of (because your doctor doesn’t tell you) that you likely have unprocessed trauma stored in your body.

Aside from those sometimes debilitating symptoms, there are even more signs that spill over to daily life:

Feeling disconnected from yourself

Relationships struggling — they just can’t seem to work.

Huge resistance to the activities of daily life — especially procrastination and impostor syndrome making live feel like a constant overwhelming struggle.

What’s weird in all of this:

If you can relate to any of the above, try a quick

check in:

Notice the relationship between your inhale and exhale.

Right now.

Inhale = Receiving

Exhale = Giving.

Have you been holding your inhale and hardly breathing lately?

There’s a connection to all of this.

If life feels like you’re giving too much but not receiving — you will notice this in your breath.

I sure did.

About 4 years ago I realized I wasn’t breathing sufficiently.

I was hardly inhaling.

Not only did this tell my nervous system that I wasn’t safe (which led me to be even more hyper vigilant with life itself), I didn’t feel like I was receiving abundance — in love, business, and life in general.

That others were having an easier time than me.

That was 4 years ago.

Everything has changed since then.

What shifted it all?

Well, there has been a fuck ton of deep inner work since then, but that was when I began changing my relationship to my breath and connecting with the child inside of me that didn’t feel like he was loveable as he was.

The result is that within 4 years of mastering this practice and deepening my awareness of how to become trigger proof (not trigger LESS) — my life is now 180 degrees different.

Went from a complete relationship collapse finding myself single at 43 (while my twin brother was crushing it in relationship and biz, and not really understanding why — to healing the Traumas that were unique to my experience that my brother didn’t carry — — to meeting the most amazing soul I’ve ever met.

Since doing the work and changing my relationship to myself I realized that I never really understood what love actually was.

It took me 44 years to finally get it — and now we have a little version of me I get to play, teach and learn with.

Here’s a pic of my wife and I with our little Coconut in the most beautiful spot on the planet — Moraine Lake in Banff National Park just yesterday.

If you’re resonating with this — feeling Overwhelmed and don’t know where to begin….

Breathwork and Badassery is where people in the same situation not knowing where to start — can begin their journey with baby steps.

It’s a 4 hour training and event I have for our community of CycleBreakers that is one of the most inspiring conversations and events to be a part of, if you’re into growth, and deepening your connection with yourself and creating intimacy in your life.

Last year I decided to open it up to the public and the results have been STAGGERING.

We are already expecting the largest ever turnout.

Word is getting out.

Whether you’re anxiously attached, avoidant, or disorganized — the solution is the same:

Creating a Secure Relationship with OURSELVES is the medicine you’ve been needing.

As my mentor Peter Levine says “We can’t do it alone, and no one can do it for us.”

If you’re STILL on the fence with fear….

What questions do you have?

What’s holding you back?

(Please don’t say time zone — we have people from all over the world — even Dubai joining us in the middle of the night.

If you’ve experienced the event — please share

(Pics not relevant — but really they are).
