Signs You’re Unconsciously Acting From A Wound

It’s been a while since I’ve been in here.

I’m doing something I have never done before, quite frankly:

Resting.

And Pausing.

This is all new to me.

I prided myself in being a hard worker, in hustling.

Go go go.

Then I realized something:

It never ended.

There was never an ending to it.

And before I knew it life wasn’t fun and my relationships all suffered.

Truthfully I didn’t have much of one.

Then began the work.

Increasing the capacity of my Nervous System.

Expanding the space between stimulus and response and healing my unresolved wounds— not just cognitively bypassing my feelings... but ACTUALLY getting complete with myself.

The somatic experience of life started to change.

Anxiety lowered.

I felt safer in my body.

I stopped living from the “outside” as a “performer” living for approval, fearing criticism and found my voice.

Then I noticed that I was living transitionally in relationships and found that for the first time I created a relationship that was actually based on authentic love.

I’m embarrassed to say I never really understood or felt love until recently when I found it for myself.

This was the 1 year anniversary where I started my relationship with Diana.

We got married in April 2020 and our baby boy Dominic is now 1year plus

We were on road trips throughout western Canada (our home) and I’ve been in a state of humble gratitude of what has been accomplished in my life ever since I made a priority of healing my attachment wounds — FROM A BODY-BASED PERSPECTIVE.

All this time I realize the work I had been doing had been cognitive based— which is all fine and good but doesn’t get to the root of it.

And the feedback I’ve been getting from the clients who have been playing along has been confirming that this is the real deal.

It’s my purpose to share it with you.

If you’re new, welcome.

Share your story.

Ask a question.

I’m committing to creating content every day with one purpose in mind:

To help you heal your mind, your body, your relationships, to emotionally regulate, to connect to purpose, and to create secure attachments in relationships AND work so you can break unconscious patterns keeping you stuck in a loop — and end up doing what you love, where you love, with who you love, feeling safe in your body and complete with your past.

I’m living proof that it’s possible if you’re willing to do the work.

I did a series on “Signs you’re Unconsciously Acting From a Wound”.

I talk about Emotional Addictions and how to break through them.

Please go ahead and introduce yourself and what you’d love greater clarity about — a question you have, and I’ll do a video response for you.

Welcome to the Community.

Make sure you “get notifications” so you don’t miss a training.

I wanted to include you in on some of the pics from my memories in the most beautiful part of one of the most beautiful countries on the planet.

My hope is you’ll take a sacred pause for yourself and slow down... tune in, and learn how to live the work.
