The Fabulous Art Of Re-Parenting

We constantly see seminars and courses helping
promote
self-confidence,
self-esteem,
self-reliance.

I’ve found while self-examining and
in the discovery process,
that Self-Reliance is a practice
of daily habits that get you centered
with “re-parenting” your wounded little boy/girl inside
that had the perception he/she wasn’t loved or
loveable.

It sounds corny, I know.

But the truth is, when I’m not giving myself the love
words, recognition, and empathy that I need,
I’m constantly looking for validation externally,
and my relationships break down because
nothing they do/say will ever be enough.

Self-Reliance/Self-Love is a daily practice,
that when you make it a habit,
not only does your health transform,
but so do your relationships and the way you show up
to work with your team, co-workers, and most

importantly,
YOURSELF.
