Did you watch todays fb live on Codependency and Covert Narcissism?

Got some interesting DM’s from several of those in this community with further questions.

Trauma bonds are the silent epidemic.

Johnny and Amber are definitely NOT Alone as we all have had some experience with them.

We have very little understanding of what they are and how to dismantle them. It’s not easy.

When we don’t learn the fundamentals, we stay longer in situations than we would that are harmful to us.

This is why I’ll be answering your questions about Co-Dependency, volatility, violence, and most importantly how to heal.

I’m not speaking only from an educated perspective, I’m speaking from experience.

Tomorrow at noon PST — 3pm EST — I’ll be diving deeper:

Codependency and Trauma Bonds:
2 excuses I made to myself that kept me stuck TOO LONG in my previous relationship.

We’ll be focussing in this community on how to transform the most insidious and painful relationship dynamics and create the thing that makes life enjoyable:
Safe and secure relationships.

The hallmark of Trauma Bonds is that important conversations are often avoided.I promise that this one WON’T be.

If you’re struggling in this department, what would you love to know?
