Triggerproof Does Not Mean Trigger Less
When you get triggered, how long do you hold on to it?
Or, do you just repress and deny your feelings?
The answer to this question will determine the outcome
of your life, and the quality of your relationships.
In order to expand the space between stimulus and response,
and not be governed by externals,
outside approval or rejection,
and governed from within…
We are called on to get very intentional,
and heal the younger parts of us
that are wounded that are unconsciously controlling our emotions
and driving the bus of our lives and relationships,
spilling the trauma onto our children.
We are responsible for expanding that space.
This is the foundation of what healing work is all about.
Without it, we remain juvenile, immature, and at the effect of others.
When you do take responsibility, you get to be in charge
of your own healing, and you take back your power you
give to those who trigger you.
Learn how to manage your triggers and everything in your life changes.
