Who’s In Control Of Your Life?

It was a deeply painful realization the moment I realized that
I wasn’t ACTUALLY in control of my own life.

As it turns out, we are all unconsciously born into a world
with systems, cultural norms, societal decencies
religious idealisms, and family traumas without being aware of it.

We learn at a very young age what behavior and beliefs
are “appropriate”, causing us to feel like we belong,
and what behavior and beliefs will cause our care-
givers and people around us to “shut down” or
withdraw, giving us a sense of isolation.

It’s no wonder why we feel like we don’t have
autonomy, sovereignty, and choice in our lives.

We consent to live a life feeling trapped and isolated
around people we feel completely disconnected from
because we are disconnected from OURSELVES.

None of this is our fault.
At some point, our work is to wake up, unplug from the
matrix, and choose to live a life of sovereignty and
agency with free will and choice.

Most of us are unaware that we are even asleep.

Becoming Triggerproof is the next step after awakening
to the fact that we didn’t have control in the first place.

Our work is to break the cycle of intergenerational
trauma that didn’t start with us.

When you do and you commit to the practice, you’ll
wake up one day being able to say “I do what I love,
where I love, surrounded by WHO I love, including myself”.
